Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms cover your use of SoccerClocker (the “App”), made by Mortar Bit, LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Your license to use the App

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control. Apple's Standard License Agreement for Licensed Applications also applies. If it conflicts with these terms, these terms control where the law allows.

2. Things you agree not to do

  • Copy, sell, rent or redistribute the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Use the App in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

3. Our content

The App, including its design, artwork and code, belongs to Mortar Bit, LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. “SoccerClocker” and our logos are our trademarks.

4. Your information

The teams, players and games you enter stay on your device. You're responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your device backed up. Please read our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

5. Coaching decisions

SoccerClocker is a tool to help track lineups, substitutions and playing time. Coaching decisions, league rules and player safety remain your responsibility.

6. Beta testing

If you test a pre-release version through Apple's TestFlight, it may contain bugs, change often, or reset data. Feedback you send helps us improve the App, and you agree we may use it without any obligation to you.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the App or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using the App.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mortar Bit, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for it, if anything. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may end your license if these terms are broken. Sections 3, 8, 9 and 11 continue to apply after that.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Mortar Bit, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer-protection laws say otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the effective date above. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated terms.
