Terms of Use

These terms apply to TheReelGym (the “App”), made by Mortar Bit, LLC (“we”). By using the App you agree to them.

1. Your health comes first

The App shows workouts for general fitness. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist or qualified trainer. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition or injury. Use weights you can control, warm up, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk.

2. Your license to use the App

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

3. Things you agree not to do

Don't copy, redistribute, scrape or resell the App's content; reverse-engineer the App except where the law allows; or use the App or our server in a way that harms them or other people.

4. Creators' content

Workout videos come from fitness creators' public posts. They belong to their creators, who are credited and linked in the App. If you're a creator and want your content changed or removed, email thereelgym@mortarbit.com with a link to the post and we'll act promptly.

5. Our content

The App's design, code, name and logo belong to Mortar Bit, LLC.

6. Beta testing

Beta versions distributed through TestFlight may be unfinished and may change or stop working. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the App.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what the App does and doesn't collect.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the App or any workout at any time. The App needs an internet connection to load new workouts.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any workout is right for you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mortar Bit, LLC will not be liable for any injury, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for it, if anything. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may end your license if you break these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Mortar Bit, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer-protection laws say otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms.
