How we build

One course at a time.

Masons lay a wall in courses, each row resting on the one below. We build apps the same way.

Course 1

Foundation

We start with one person and one daily moment we can make better, then write down exactly what "better" means.

Course 2

Prototype

A playable build in days, not months. Real people try it early, while changes are still cheap.

Course 3

Craft

Every screen, sound and word gets a second pass. Automated tests check the parts people shouldn't have to.

Course 4

Ship and tend

We release in small steps, listen closely, and keep maintaining what we ship long after launch day.

What holds it together

The mortar between the bricks.

Private by default

No ad networks and no tracking. If an app doesn't need your data, it never sees it.

Made for every day

Short, satisfying sessions that fit into real routines, not endless feeds.

Built to last

Small team, careful code, and updates that keep old devices and old saves working.
